Mark Sherwood

Co-founder

Mark has had a successful career in communications for over 20 years. He has in-depth experience in building brands and has worked globally across advertising, media, digital and eCommerce.

Prior to founding The Make Group, Mark was Worldwide Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and during his career he has also held leadership positions at some of the world’s top marketing agencies such as PHD, MullenLowe Group and Omnicom.

He has had the opportunity to partner with many of the world’s leading companies, including Unilever, General Mills, In-Bev, Mars, P&G, Ford and Lenovo, amongst others, as well as more entrepreneurial businesses such as Innocent and Gü.

Rocio Carvajal

Co-founder

Rocio has more than 15 years of eCommerce and Digital experience. Her skills cover web design, eCommerce platform development, build and management, online marketing and SEO.

Prior to founding The Make Group, Rocio was Head of eCommerce and Digital for Innovation 1st. where she created and delivered industry leading  eCommerce platforms for clients including Amazon, Shell, Formula E and Quantcast. 

She has also partnered with a wide range of innovative digital businesses such as NOW TV and Stylistpick and she is a specialist on complete end-to-end builds. This includes mapping customer journeys, UX, design of web requirements, wireframes and UAT.
